Perfect shape
The BVT Bakery Services vol au vent line creates a perfect shaped vol au vent. The total process from the mixing up to the packaging can be automated completely.

The line in question is a high capacity line, which means two laminators one for the base dough and one for the top dough. inline image
The system is very much automated, for instance:

  • The lids are taken out and returned;
  • The web of return dough is transported back to the sheeters at the beginning of the line;
  • The covers to control an even height of all the products are automatically positioned and are functioning in a closed circuit;
  • The baking tray handling is also fully automated.
